The nearest airport to Itacaré is Aeroporto de Ilhéus - Jorge Amado (IOS), located in the nearby city of Ilhéus. It sits about 75 km from Itacaré’s city center and approximately 57 km (around a 1-hour drive) from Txai Resort.

Beaches
There are five main beaches in Itacaré:
Concha: Quiet sea beach located in the centre of Itacaré.
Tiririca and Ribeira: At the end of Pituba neighbourhood and a great surfing spot. Ribeira also has many casual restaurants available where you can have a drink and some snacks.
Prainha: May be also accessed on a 40 min trail from Ribeira beach.
Jeribuaçu: May be accessed on a longer trail and from there you will be able to walk to Engenhoca and Havaizinho beaches as well.

Think relaxed and stylish — the kind of outfit that feels great by the sea but still looks polished for a celebration.

Flowy dresses, linen sets, or chic jumpsuits are perfect. Since the floor will be sand, we recommend flat sandals — best to skip heels!
